ALL SELLERS MUST READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING A PITCH

Booking: All pitches must be pre-booked. Pitches are non-changeable and non-refundable. In the unlikely event we have to cancel a boot fair due to severe weather we will issue you a full refund. Please ensure to check your schedule before booking.

Weather: We operate whatever the weather. No refunds for any no show sellers.

Pitches: Pitches cannot be reserved or chosen.

Arrival: Car/ Van 9:00am Walk-ins 9:30am

Departure: All sellers must leave by 3:50pm. A £20 per hour fine applies if you stay later. Last entry for buyers is just before 3pm.

Hire Tables: A limited amount of 6ft fold-out tables are available to hire at a cost of £8 for the day. Tables can be picked up from the entrance of the market. 1 table can be hired per seller. Any theft or damage will incure a fine of £20 per table. Tables can be booked on a first-come first serve basis along with your pitch here.

Prohibited Items: No selling weapons, alcohol, cigarettes, or counterfeit goods. Anybody caught selling any of these goods will be promtly asked to leave and will be banned from all of our future car boots.

Rubbish: Take all rubbish and unsold goods with you. Fines of £10 per item for rubbish left behind. Consider donating unwanted items to local charity shops in your local area or come to sell at our boot sale again!

Toilets: For sellers only.

Smoking: No smoking on site.

Music: No music allowed the site is in a residential area.

Pitch Limits: Max 2-3 people per car/van pitch. All must arrive in the vehicle. 1 person per 1 person walk-in pitch. 2 persons for a 2 person walk-in pitch.

Marquees: No marquees allowed.

Disabilities: Let us know in advance if you need extra assistance due to a disability.

Are there any restrictions on the number of people who can help at my table?

Yes, for car and van pitches, a maximum of 2-3 people is allowed, and everyone must arrive in the same vehicle.

1 person Walk-in pitches are limited to 1 person.

2 people Walk-in pitches are limited to 2 people.

Can I sell food or drinks at my pitch?

Selling food or drinks at your pitch is not permitted unless you are an approved food vendor. We feature specific local food businesses at each event.

Is electricity available on site?

No, we do not provide electricity at the carboot. If you require power for your stall, you’ll need to bring your own portable power source.

Is Wi-Fi available on site?

No, we don’t provide Wi-Fi. If you need internet access for taking payments or other purposes, please bring your own mobile hotspot or use mobile data.

What equipment shall I use for my table set-up?

We advise using a foldable table or rails for your set-up depending on what you are selling. We have a limited amount of 6ft tables for hire here.
